Hyatt House Heathrow Gate

BSE 3D have been working with Juttla Architects to design the building services for this 131-suite, short term letting apartment building. This is the first of its kind by Hyatt in Europe, and will be a landmark building at the gateway into the Boroughs of Ealing and Hillingdon. Hyatt House Heathrow Gate will be situated at 15-17 Uxbridge Road, Hayes.

The development will revitalise a vacant plot and work in conjunction with the new 170-bedroom Hyatt Place Hotel located adjacent to the site. The 13-storey building responds to the immediate context in the form of a dynamic curved building that slopes down to 5 storeys at its lowest point. In addition to the apartments, Hyatt House also has meeting rooms, a gym, a games room and a restaurant and bar.

The scheme won planning permission following a unanimous backing from the Hillingdon Planning Committee as well as the Greater London Authority.
