BSE|3D worked with IHG on the 4C Hotel, a luxury 5-star hotel comprising 230 bedrooms, providing multidisciplinary Mechanical, Electrical and IT engineering services.

Working closely with the architect and wider project team, BSE|3D developed and integrated specialist building-services solutions within the hotel’s constrained footprint.

A key element of the project was the Swimming Pool and Spa Ventilation system, where BSE|3D developed a high-efficiency ventilation solution to provide a comfortable and controlled environment while achieving high standards of energy efficiency. The system was carefully integrated within the restricted space available for the aquatic facilities.
