BSE 3D were engaged by valued returning client Gould Baxter to carry out a condition survey on the existing Grade II Listed Little Bucksteep. The 17^th Century property was recently acquired by a private client who is looking to carry out internal refurbishments.

The condition survey comprised of a full review on site of the current services provision and their condition, followed by a desktop study and survey report production. A comprehensive report of findings was issued to the team which included sketches and schematics alongside short and long term building services upgrade/replacement recommendations.
