Distribution Centre London

Amazon (London) is a refurbished 10,500m2 distribution warehouse with multi-level office space requiring full strip-out and fitout.  Our design included M,E and PH services to RIBA stage 4 on behalf of the contractor.  Aside from the more common services, systems included destratification fans with gas fired heating to push warm air down onto the occupants in a large high space, MHE automation, and a vehicle extraction system.
