Lingfield Fire Station

BSE 3D was engaged by the MEP contractor Cambell West to develop the Stage 4 technical building services strategy from the client consultant’s Stage 3 design for the redevelopment of Lingfield Fire Station. The project objectives are to redevelop the existing site to accommodate space for a second emergency vehicle, new gym facilities to support the physical fitness of the crew, and a community space designed to host engagement with the local community.

BSE 3D has successfully completed the RIBA Stage 4 design for the redevelopment, marking a significant milestone in the project. The RIBA Stage 4 design represents the technical design and specification phase, where detailed drawings and plans are finalised to ensure the project meets all required client and legislative standards and regulations.

With the completion of Stage 4, the project is now poised to move forward with construction, bringing the vision of a modern, functional, and community-focused Fire Station in Lingfield closer to reality.

The redevelopment incorporates energy-efficient systems, sustainable materials, and innovative technologies that align with the latest environmental standards.
