Oakley Court Hotel

BSE|3D is supporting the refurbishment of Oakley Court Hotel, a historic Grade II listed property located alongside the River Thames in Windsor, which is being transformed into Soho River House.

BSE|3D is providing Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health (MEP) engineering services, working closely with the architects, interior designers and landscape architects to integrate modern building-services systems while respecting the character and heritage of the property.

The project includes pool facilities, requiring careful coordination between the aquatic environment, architectural design, landscape works and wider MEP infrastructure. Our approach focuses on delivering modern, efficient and sustainable systems while maintaining the luxury guest experience and character of the historic building.
