Client: IOW College – Hydrotherapy Centre

BSE|3D worked alongside the design and build team over two phases to deliver a state-of-the-art STEM learning facility and a specialist Learning Difficulties and Disabilities facility incorporating a dedicated Hydrotherapy Centre.

The project was developed with a strong focus on energy efficiency and sustainable building services, incorporating a range of technologies to achieve an A16 Energy Performance Rating and BREEAM Very Good for the STEM building.

The Hydrotherapy Centre required careful integration of the pool environment with the building’s HVAC and energy systems, ensuring an appropriate and comfortable environment while supporting efficient operation.
