One Aldwych, London’s leading contemporary luxury hotel in Covent Garden, has commissioned BSE 3D to develop the design and specification for the building services refurbishment of its kitchen serving its Indigo restaurant, Room Service and private events.
Indigo overlooks the hotel’s dramatic Lobby Bar and serves Modern European dishes from Dominic Teague, Executive Chef.
Following the kitchen refurbishment it will reopen in Spring 2015.
