During the last 20 years Building Services Engineering (BSE) has evolved to respond to the increased emphasis on energy and sustainability. At BSE3d we employ a range of specialists that are able to assist with any aspect of building services design, conceptual planning, energy management, project management, procurement, operation and maintaining of all building services systems.

We deliver professional consulting services from basic support to complete Project Management, procurement and energy performance contracting for large complex commercial buildings. We are able to produce fully dimensioned drawings using the latest 3D and Building Information Modelling software which aids for a successful delivery of the projects.

We employ chartered engineers and registered low carbon consultants and can advise on and provide a range of legislative services, including energy performance certificates, air conditioning inspections, sustainability and energy performance certification and assessments.
